MENTIONED IN:
- Briquet 1804
- Buck, Guide to women's literature, 1992: "She is best-known for her translation into French of Johann David Wyss's The Swiss Family Robinson (1813) to which she wrote a sequel in 1824".
In Querard: La France littéraire, ou Dictionnaire bibliographique .... vol. 6, Paris, 1834 Montolieu is discredited as translator for not knowing very well English and German.
