Ehrnrooth was born in a gentry family. She had a lot of curiosity but not many changes to study. When she was 40 years old, she started writing and being active in the women’s movement. She wrote novels, poems, dramas, articles and much more. She was along founding both Suomen naisyhdistys (Finnish Women’s association) and Naisasialiitto Unioni (The feminist association unoni). The last decades of her life she traveled and lectured a lot. Jwapr14
