Elli Hiidenheimo was a surveyor of the poor relief and a member of the parliament. She was one of the first female civil servants in the central government. She was also one of the trusted persons of since then president Carl Gustaf Mannerheim. When Elli Hiidenheimo got married, she didn’t work in the politics on the national level anymore, but was along in the cultural and social life of her new home town. JWapr14 |
