Married to Florentinus Marinus Wibaut (1885), who would later become a prominent SDAP politician. 2 sons, 2 daughters. Education: Kweekschool in Middelburg. Presided the department in Middelburg of the Vereeniging voor Vrouwenkiesrecht (Association for Women's suffrage), founded by herself, Henriette van der Mey and others. Joined the SDAP in 1897.(BWSA) Founded the organisation Samen Sterk in 1902 (together with Betsy Sannes-Sannes and Van der Mey), in search for improvement of the political and economical situation of the (working) woman.
